I'm a flames fan 100% but also very much a fan of the game. I may not tune in for an entire game but more than happy to flip between games when there is basically a game every night for the first couple of rounds.

I'm fully behind Winnipeg at this point. They will be fun to watch. Hope they do some damage.

In a weird sort of way, I almost enjoy the playoffs more when the Flames aren't participating, yet at the same time they have less meaning to me. When the Flames are in it is mandatory to catch all the Flames games. When the Flames aren't in, I hope to catch most games, but it doesn't matter which series I follow, or if I completely follow one particular series, it's just enjoying to watch playoff hockey.

I love hockey.
This is me too.

Flames playoff hockey is epic, but there is something to be said for enjoying a playoff season without them and the stress that comes with that.

Playoffs are the best time of the year for watching hockey. Love the overtime games and all the drama that comes with a best of 7 series.

I was a Bruins fan before the Flames came to Calgary so i'll be following them hopefully to a Cup victory.

I'll watch playoffs, I always do...

I'll watch the interesting west series' and pick an eastern team (the B's probably) to pull for and then watch them all the away through.

I find I'm watching much less sports than I used to, and when I do, I only have one eye on it. No longer do I watch every Flames game, and if they are not in the playoffs, I doubt I will watch much of the playoffs at all. Too much other stuff to do. I even have a bit of regret over how much I have watched in the past, and what else I could have been doing.

I'll be actively cheering against the other Canadians teams while being grumpy and bitter.

At least the Oilers and Canucks aren't going anywhere. Just taking solace in that right now...

If that happens we should expect a Seattle expansion team to play as soon as the Key Arena is ready.

Default So if they don't make it, do you follow the playoffs, how do you kill time

I’d be actively rooting against:

Tampa

Toronto

Anaheim (if they get in)

I'd like to see Pittsburgh 3-peat.

I cheer for the underdogs or teams I like. I'll probably cheer for Toronto a bit, I really like that roster. Colorado, Carolina, Florida, Vegas a bit. Lots of fun to be had every year in the playoffs. Let's not forget Washington, I'll cheer for an OV run.

I don't hate them like I used to. The cap has forced ownership to be smarter with their money and assets and I think they've done a great job. They put a solid management team in place, got one of the best coaches in the game, tanked at an appropriate time and developed some good young players.

I think their D will hold them back in the short term, but I do like watching them.

Will probably follow the Capitals. I hope they give me something to talk about with the crew here at work.

I'll watch playoffs with stress free this year. I guess. I cheer for Washington and may be for Vegas and Nashville. Hope Ducks and LA is out in 4 games and start rebuilt. Better for us next year. And at least World Cup is coming so it will be fun for 1 month.

Ditto. Best time of the year and its stress free if the Flames are out of it.

Usually going for the Caps on the East
West - Would love to see Nashville or Vegas take it
