Bryson's meltdown on 13 is epic.

Alright, so with that, gotta cheer for Louis. He already has the one, but deserves this as a bit of a lifetime achievement award. Certainly wouldn’t be upset with a Rahm win though after what happened to him a few weeks ago.

Damn he has a lot of bad shots in any given tournament. I don’t remember that before the permabulk.

Rahm looking solid right now, if he can get to 18 at -4 I think he'll birdie 18 and win.

Nicely done. Big potential for playoff now though.

There's something oddly satisfying about watching him unravel. I guess like when a robot in a sci-fi movie glitches.

I don't follow golf much but I heard about the Brooks vs Bryson feud. You just know Koepka is having a laugh right now.

I can't believe with how many guys were in this a couple hours ago, and especially the names that were in it, that it's down to just two with a chance at this point.

Man, thus will probably be the 5th time Oosthuizen finishes 2nd at a major.

At least he has one win, but wow.

He has a runners-up Grand Slam.

Oosthuizen finishing second also means his very unusual "Never won in America" streak lives on. Still, his solo second today means his career earnings have now passed $25 million, so he's still had a very successful career even if in an alternate lifetime he might have six majors.

Rahm was just so much better than every other contender on Sunday. Fully deserving of that win.

Just caught a few minutes of his interview. Asked him about his routine this morning and he spent 90 minutes watching a Call of Duty tournament.

That was a great final round. I love the US Open. I was watching with my dad and I guess he played at Torrey Pines when we was like 19. He said you couldn’t see the first six holes due to fog.

TP might be a boring layout that doesn't make the best of it's landscape [/golf design snobbery], but it provided an entertaining final day which is what you want from a major. Nice mix of pushes, collapses, and a guy winning it, rather than just not-losing it.

Sucks for Hughes, talk about an unlucky bounce. But more Canadians starting to make noise at majors is a great thing to see.

Phil has turned into grandpa

And a crazier stat, Phil's daughter turns 22 tomorrow. She was born the day after he lost the US Open to Payne Stewart.

Very proud of Hughes. After making the tour championship last year and now leading on the final day of the US Open, he's proved he belongs here.

Giant FU to Louis costing me my golf pool. He's going to give Phil a run for second place finishes in Majors.

Kinda wish the sun would have come out and baked out the course a bit more earlier in the week. Ended up being a Farmers in June as opposed to a proper US Open.
