Reinhart's inability to skate is excused because everyone knows he can't skate? That was on Reinhart. You can't get beat wide in the NHL like that.
Griffin Reinhart cost the Oilers the 16th and 33rd overall picks in 2015, how Oiler scouts thought he was worth that...well, it gives me hope they'll continue to screw things up going forward.

No.
And no. That goal was more on Carrier. His giveaway turned that play from a good Vegas offensive rush into an odd man rush for the Nucks, which led to that Subban goal.
