Yup, I sent one this morning as well. I don't really understand why urban UCP MLA's are shooting themselves in the face like this. Enjoy your last 6 months on the job, I guess?

What a spineless weasel Schulz turned out to be. I see that she's the minister of municipal affairs instead of children services. Who's the official opposition for municipal affairs? Schulz's critic used to be Rakhi Pancholi, but now I'm unsure.

What is even more disappointing is this list of morally bankrupt MLA's who supported this disgusting affront to our democracy.
Fire them all into the sun.

Absolutely embarrassing. I assume that is the entirety of the UCP caucus
(other than Kenney)?
Firing off an e-mail to my MLA.

Panda (Calgary-Edgemont) appears to be missing. But based on social media, it's because he isn't in town.

Lmao the Sun is actively removing any post critical of this bull####.

Are they removing Bell's article too, then? This is my favourite comment from his commentary article:
Rick Bell, a Left-lib. Pretty sure I've heard everything now. I think that just goes to show how far to the right these people are sitting. They are so far away from reality they couldn't catch a glimpse of traditional Conservatives with the Webb telescope.

Note that many of these comments are troll farmed and/or bots. You'll see the same thing for any centrist or left-wing politicians on social media, particularly Twitter.
Even then the only real people who usually comment on newspaper articles are the ones who want to vent or ##### talk.
I wouldn't put much stock in these newspaper comments.

Good, because I would hope that even conservative voters would have a hard time thinking this awfulness is a remotely acceptable thing for any government to implement.
How can you complain about government overreach and then support this?

Looks like Joe Ceci is the opposition critic to Schulz. Going to send them both an email.

We need to build a wall.
Around Edmonton. Welded shut from the outside.
Let all of the Politicians in and then seal it from the outside and turn the Wi-Fi off.

When Tyler Shandro is the one advising on what is and isn't legal, you can't really expect him to get it right the first time.

Shandro cant even find his own ass with both hands and a map, forgive me for not trusting his legal advice.
Is he even a Lawyer? Where does he rank between 'Saul Goodman' and 'Lionel Hutz?'
This 'Independent Alberta' crap? I want to kick someone in the face.

Hey conservatives that voted for UCP in 2019... figure out a way to take back your side of the political spectrum. It's running out of control off of a massive cliff into oblivion (possibly because it's a flat earth), steered by democracy-hijacking pirates delusional from energy drinks and freedom nuggets that nobody wants.
Signed, the rest of humanity
