Every year I hope Sportsnet loses the Bundesliga, it is astounding how awful they are with it.

Think it's a fine. Normally within the 30-50k range.
Money well spent looking at the penalties they've been denied this season.
What are they supposed to do. Shrug their shoulders and play on and allow VAR to do another n nothing to see here.

The fact that their protests were upheld speaks for itself.

Apparently Apple has bid for some games now also. Not sure if that will apply for Canada, but we don’t need another place with part of the games.

Levy should be on the phone to Nagelsmann immediately

Apparently they're trying. Nagelsmann apparently wants to wait until the summer, and maybe that just makes sense? It's weird though, because if you don't takeover now, you might have next year in Europa or Europa Conference or something as opposed to CL.

Weird situation, but I'd like to see Nagelsmann for sure.

He's waiting until the summer for the Madrid job when Ancelotti leaves to take the Brazil job. Not all that weird at all, quite logical actually.

Well I meant it's a weird situation for Spurs, not that it's weird for him to want to wait until the summer and obviously not weird if he's definitely going to Madrid.

It's definitely odd that Conte hasn't been officially axed. Nagelsmann went from rumour to gone in about an hour. A week later the Conte situation is just sort of ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Everton narrowly avoided relegation from the league last season, finishing 16th. They are again fighting to stay up this season and are 15th in the table, just three points clear of bottom side Southampton.

Under Premier League rules, teams can make a maximum loss of £105 million ($128.28m) over three years, although special allowances were made for the COVID-19 pandemic.

Everton have recorded a total loss of nearly £372m in the past three seasons.

The club, majority owned by Farhad Moshiri, has attributed at least £170m of that to the impact of the pandemic.

Conte is out "by mutual decision" and it'll be Stellini and Mason in for the final games this season.

Conte seems like a crazy person.

What is the point of going on a tirade like that if you're not just planning on getting fired to collect the rest of your contract?

So then he agrees to leave by 'mutual decision?'

Sounds to me like Levy convinced Conte that he had cause to terminate him so this was the only real option left to him.

Yeah, but this way he gets to stay in Italy and gets paid. If he just walked, he’s not getting paid. The big issue at Spurs is pretty evident though…since Pochettino no manager has made it through an entire season. It’s a ridiculous track record and the problem is obviously with Levy, the board and ENIC.

Nagelsmann would be a perfect choice, but at least initial reports in Germany say that he's not interested for now and wants to come to terms with the Bayern sacking first.

De Zerbi is another one mentioned in the rumour mill. Seems like Brighton have learned their lesson: De Zerbi has a release clause, but it's only valid in the summer.

City have the best goalscorer in the game right now, and yet it always feels like they are even better as a whole without him. Fascinating.

Yeah it certainly presents a dilemma. Alvarez is the rich man's Gabriel Jesus, not a shock he's such a natural fit to what they want to do. Great at pressing, relentless energy, much more effective than Haaland in the buildup play. It's kind of flown under the radar a bit too with Haaland, but Grealish has finally started to look like the guy he was at Villa, really having a nice season.

Commentator in Arsenal vs Leeds just said "If it wasn't for that block from Koch".
I feel like he's been waiting for the opportunity to announce a Koch block.

"And that Koch block, wow did he ever deny him entry there" would be the dream.
