How do they score curling percentages? If a shot is good but not perfect how is that scored? Is there a judge who gives a percentage for each shot?

It's scored out of 5. Though they don't penalize missed freezes that bounce off enough in my opinion relative to missed takeouts.
A hit and stick takeout might get a 3 if you loose the shooter. Same with a freeze with a bounce or a draw that goes to deep or comes up short

I know that but if a shot is close to perfect might it get a 4.5 then all scores averaged?

2 -900, a 1080, and a flip.
It will be tough to beat that.

Cassie Sharpe has absolutely obliterated the competition throughout both the Qualifying and now the Finals! 1 run left

She goes so much higher. I don't know how the French girl is getting 90s with a peak of 2.9m

She does the same tricks as Cassie without the height. The Americans other than the one that fell twice don't have 1080s

But how is it determined if a shot is a 4.5 or a 4, for example?

Nice win for Koe. They move to 5-3 with one game left tomorrow night against Denmark. A win will put them into the playoffs.

Jeez that defending gold medalist from Sochi really ate it hard in all of her runs today, eh?
