and the most likely winner of the biggest riser when we compare 2016 to 2015

would think Rasmus Andersson will be riser too, maybe Karnakhouv. Grant will be either resigned and a riser or gone from the list altogether.

EDM – Ethan Bear: Helped Seattle to the WHL final with a ton of offense from the blueline, leading all defensemen with 22 points in 18 games after a solid regular season.

Considering that the top 5 on the list either graduated, were injured, or had unproductive years... pretty high. I figure if/when the prospect ranking happens Shinkaruk is probably #2 (after whomever is drafted at #6 this year).

Interesting question. I think I'd have him behind Jankowski, Gillies, Andersson. I think he's right in the range with Kylington, Poirier, Kulak, Wotherspoon, Hickey. Somewhere 4-6 I guess? So 5-7 after this draft.
