Oddly, Brouwer was the best guy on the top line tonight.

Feels like so often this season we are the better team but can't bury. That's where I feel its more of a talent problem than a system and coaching problem.

One of the best games the Flames have played all year. I think Gulutzan has actually lost the room.

The shaky goaltending allowed the Pens to half ass their way to a win. Too bad, deserved a better fate, and I really think that they did in this one.

Gaudreau tried way too hard in OT. He had all the time in the world and Mr. GWG trailing right behind him.

So the Flames play great and that proves GG has lost the room? Huh?

Yeah, missing the net, skating hard in circles with nothing to show for it.

Monahan has forgotten how to shoot. Gaudreaus forgotten how to deke.

RW? what is RW.

I am starting to think just poor shooting skill is to blame more than bad luck.

Sucks watching our clutch players completely disappear for weeks now.

Great battle back from the flames for once, only to miss the net on a breakaway followed by backlund going for a skate while his man stands in front of an open net

Rough time to be a fan of this team

Pretty good game from the group though. Brodie's best game of the season IMO.

Oh and JG can feel free to hit the net at any time.
Yeah I mean if Gillies was in the net when the OT goal is scored it might help.

I have no feelings one way or the other. They played well but...whatever. Glad we got a point. On to Buffalo.

Id be ok trading Ferland this off-season in a package to try and upgrade that rw. We need to find a long-term goalie solution as well. Then we need a centre or another play driving winger to prop up janko-bennett. Decent shopping list for Tre this off-season but it starts with canning glenn

Yep, and most of that stretch can be attributed to the greatness of Hamilton and Tkachuk just deciding to do everything themselves.

This team, outside of Mike Smith being the best road goalie in the league, has been complete crap all year. Where is this team without league-best road goaltending from Mike Smith?

Season can’t end quick enough, and Gulutzan can’t be fired soon enough. Takes a roster with this much high end talent and can’t squeeze any additional juice out of any of the other players? What purpose does he even serve. He can’t get jack all out of his non-high-end/elite players, what a joke.

Gaudreau with just 1 point in his last 4 games and then misses the freakin' net on what should have been the game winner on that 2 on 0 with Mony. If the 1st line doesn't get going starting on Wednesday, the season is pretty much over.

Gillies had a rough game. I would definitely go with Rittich in Buffalo.

Garbage goals by Gillies the difference.
Calling Letang a beautiful goal,as heard three times in last 5 minutes, is about as dumb as possible. Backlund inexplicably leaves his man wide open.

This is the type of game you wish the guy you gave up a first and two seconds would help you win, but it sucks when that player is a slightly better Corey Sarich
