Will be an interesting trip. The team is playing well offensively, but not getting the special teams or goaltending to sustain you'd think.

Oilers 5 game homestand? averaged 2.6 goals against and an save percentage of .927. They scored an average of 3.8 goals per game. Then go into Boston get out shot 38-10 in the 2nd and 3rd and win on Talbot's heroics.

Flames 5 game homestand? averaged 3.2 goals against with a .899 save percentage and scored 4.2 goals per game.

They'd better not take any penalties in these 4 games!

? these were our road games against these teams last season:

@Dallas - 5-3 W
@St. Louis 0-4 L
@Nashville - 5-2 W
@Detroit - 5-2 W
@Nashville - 3-2 W (OT)
@St. Louis 1-4 L

We've also already beaten Dallas and Detroit at home, and lost to the Blues by one goal this season when Hiller had a miserable night tracking the puck up high.

I'd guess Rinne. My cousin (Carter) often will only start if there's a back to back.

Going to need everyone at their best for the full 60 minutes to have a chance.
The Flames went 3-0 against the preds last season out scoring them 12-7. I wouldn't say the Preds are "dominant" against us in their barn.

Those goalie stats are out of this world. Dunno, if I've ever seen a goalie with a Save Percentage over 100%. Conversely, I dunno if I've ever seen a goalie with a Save Percentage in the single digit %.

Really hope that this team doesn't go all Jeckyll and Hyde and play like garbage cause they're on the road.

There is no way the Flames can keep up with the torrent pace of Edmonton! A six game win *streak is impossible!

4 - 1 Predators

The key in this game will be to score more goals than the opponent

Not as key as the flames keeping their feet moving

The word you are looking for here is "torrid".

Hurried; rapid: set a torrid pace; torrid economic growth.

Do grammar Nazis feel better about themselves whenever they correct someone online?

Honestly:

if someone makes a grammar mistake or spelling mistake.

While we are bashing our mouth-breathing neighbours to the north, it would be proper that we don't communicate like them.

Back on topic, Flames 4-1, three point night for Bennett.
