I saw FD with DOA a year or two ago. Chix had a reunion show recently.
Chix played with Teenage Bottlerocket at Dickens last summer (or maybe two summers ago now?)

It's odd, coming to Canada/Vancouver in 1985 I was astounded by how much good music there was here that just wasn't getting to the UK and would clearly play well there, the idea of trying to break a Canadian band in the 80's and 90's in the US rather than the UK always seemed asinine to me
I see you posted Sons of Freedom earlier- I felt maybe they peaked too early or something? great band, and had they come up in the mid 90s (grunge/guitar alt rock) they would have fit right in
