Regarding the last minute goal, I don't put that on Rittich at all. It's wasn't a terrible goal to let in.
I feel the players in front of him were being too passive in that last minute, especially considering the Panthers were acting like punks.

Yeah. His worst start isn't a result on his books. The Flames outscored both their goalies' performances that night.
I will give Rittich one of those goals every game if he can put in the performance of the rest of the game.
