I wonder if he can get in trouble for using the Ghostbusters ghost (which is trademarked). I seem to recall cartoon characters being used before (Bryzgalov did).
Likeness for personal use is not against the law. If he was selling T-shirts with the logo it would be a different story. The fact that he is contracting an artist to draw it for him is sort of a grey area. I could be wrong, but because the artists is paid for a the service and not the consumer good he is in the clear. Besides, this is probably good for the brand and so it wont be an issue, even if it did break the law.
Full disclosure I am not a copy right lawyer. I am simply interested in the topic.

Well, yeah.
With the copious number of goals the Flames will be scoring in the Saddledome it is a wonder all the players are fried to a crisp from all the fire belching forth from the scoreboard.

Hit the back button until you're at the tapatalk home page. This is the one where your "groups" are displayed. If you're like me then the only one on there is Calgarypuck.
On this page, click on the profile icon, shaped like a person, on the right side of the orange toolbar. Now scroll down and click on "Settings", with the cog icon. There will be a selection that says "Signature". Click on that. There will be a simple on/off switch that you have to click to off.
