Sales tax on rent?

I'm dealing with a tenant who's employer is paying their rent.

Do I collect and/or pay sales tax on the rent I collect?

I own one condo and have one tenant?

GST (can't speak for PST) is charged on stays less than 30 days. That is why you pay GST at hotels.

Stays over 30days are considered residential and no GST is charged.
