both rogers and fido sites are getting hammered right now. Very slow, or it could be the bajillion proxies my work network goes through.

I tried going to Fido; they must be getting hammered.

It's really weird that Apple would say that it's no more than $199 US. Typically international buyers pay a premium to purchase Apple Products.

How much should I sell my touch for you think?

Finally. I'm glad I waited to buy the 3G. How much of Canada has 3G coverage though?

i'm assuming the $199 and $299 are the subsidized price and will need to have a contract accompanying it. Also going to have to see what the data plan is like.

I wonder when Rogers will announce the data plans? Apparently, AT&T already have their new plans listed.

Oi. I've been very happy with my iPhone that I've had for the last year.... this all means jack to me unless they throw in the data plan. Finding Wifi coffee shops to check my e-mail is rather a pain.

I'm not too up on these snazzy new vacuum cleaners.... I gather that the "3G" on the new phones means that the internet is faster on the phones? Any word as to whether you can use wireless bluetooth headphones with the new iPhone? On mine I'd have to get a separate bluetooth transmitter but that kinda looked ugly and cumbersome.

i wouldn't mind picking up the old one 2nd hand. Don't want to shell out too much for the data, so I can live with it as just a phone and mp3 player and i'm assuming lots of people will want to upgrade.

not just the 3G, it also has a GPS.
But yes, the internet is faster.
