Brian McLellan is one of my all time favourite Flames.
So is Derek Engellend.
Glad one will get the cup.
But I'm cheering for Vegas. I want them to end this season as champions after that horrific massacre to start it off.

A Friday start would have likely meant a trip straight to Vegas after tonight's game for the Caps, or an immediate trip to Tampa for Vegas, so they probably didn't want such a quick turnaround.
There's a Pink concert at T-Mobile on Saturday night.

The best part of a Vegas win is the number of people who took Vegas at the start of the year at between 500:1 and 50:1. The sports books will take a bath either way on that one of people are smart enough to hedge.

What a garbage schedule. Horrible decision by the NHL to have two day breaks for travel and four days before the start of the series. This season drags on way too long.

Yah I got Vegas at 200:1 and Washington at 20:1.
But I’m cheering hard for Ovi and Washington.

F the Golden Knights, how anyone can cheer for a division rival is beyond me. I hope the Caps sweep this.

Yeah, with the NBA going every third night, it basically forces the NHL to do the same, or go head-to-head with the NBA a couple times.

I wonder how many times during the series they'll bring up that George McPhee is/was the GM of both franchises?
I really don't care who wins it. Just hope it turns out to be as entertaining as I think it might be.
