The Leafs took them to 7 games...and Rask is swiss cheese.

Tampa in 6 and that's being generous

From Friedman’s 30 thoughts today:

Quote:
22. After Game 1 of the Toronto/Boston series, the Bruins got a, “We’d prefer if you could tell Brad Marchand to stop licking people” phone call from the NHL.

Interesting listening to Burke on pregame. I like his insights. However I noticed him say that when he and Treliving scouted DeBrusk they didn't see the hands.

1-0 Bruins.

Rick Nash finally does something, tipping in a Pastrnak point shot on the PP. Bergeron gets the other assist for the CP pool.

So CP gets fantasy points from Rick Nash and Bergeron on that goal.

Yeah quite the disappointing playoffs so far by Nash.

He might still be injured. He was iffy going into the first round.

Bergeron! 2-0

That pass by Pastrnak was ridiculous.

I think some of you are too hard on Nash...he isn't a star anymore but is still a better than average player. Better than most of the Flames forwards yet most would scoff at the idea of signing him.

Yes, the Flames forwards for the most part are trash, but Nash is going to get paid for name value alone and I hope we don't end up with another Brouwer/Raymond situation. I'd stay away (and the feeling is more than likely mutual).

Don't see that happen often. Bruin goal called off because of a penalty that occurred literally 2 seconds before the shot went in. Ouch for Pastrnak

That was a cross check? That was a horrible call
Johnson could have been called too.

I don’t think Romanuk knows what double jeopardy means.

Terrible lazy change by Kucherov and the rest of the lightning forwards.
