That was arguably their best effort of the season. They were determined as hell in that game and they showed a lot of character. It got me excited for what this team's potential could have been for the rest of the year. You have to wonder where all that heart and desire disappeared to?
We saw a bit of that in the recent Oilers game as well, with the guys pulling out all the stops to win. And then the team just...died. So goddamn disappointing.

Did we ultimately unleash some Demon from the advanced stats abyss to convince everyone that they were playing well while the season flushed down the drain?
Jobo broke one curse, but couldn't save us from what we unleashed.

This whole year has been the seasonal equivalent of Harris getting the bat in the head.

I like how the Gulutzan question is "Fire him, Fire him, Keep him, Fire him next year when he still sucks".

I said to keep Tanner Glass and Chris Stewart because I just want to watch the world burn.

Tough poll, as I would say it is the combo of GG being a bad coach and Treliving being a horrible GM that has led the team to this spot. No real opportunity to say that.
Suggested we trade Hamonic out of the top 4 dmen. I think we could snag two second round picks for him.

Apparently we all love polls!! (Even bad ones - something I have a peculiar bent about; most are dreadfully constructed, even when done by pros.)

It wasn’t all bad. We were 29-19 at the 5 day break and were a top 10 team in the standings. After that it went downhill though. Goaltending, scoring, everything.

Like most media polls they likely already have an idea of the stories they want to write based on these polls. Mangiapane is probably our best forward prospect and the only one knocking on the door.
They likely want to sell a little hope in an empty forward cupboard, hence the "Mangiapane was amazing this year, here's what he accomplished, Mangiapane, Mangiapane!! Anyways, now that you're thinking about that, who was your favourite prospect this season?".

Scoring Winger

Now a days that it is all electronic I wish they’d add options to the player votes. Instead of let him go I’d like to see try to realize an asset by trade for him, trade for GGs hair if you can, buy him out, don’t renew contract

Other issues
- Leading questions. Here's all the reason why Eat Bread is awesome. With that now in mind, which AHL guy do you think will have a full time job next season.
- Tunnel vision responses
What would you pinpoint as the biggest reason for the Flames' failure to earn a playoff spot?
Coaching, leadership and accountability
Sub-par record at Saddledome
Lack of secondary scoring
Pathetic power-play
Mike Smith's month-long injury absence
Poor timing of CBA-mandated bye
Honestly is it not some combination of all those?
dumb survey is dumb.
