First employee in the history of the Islanders and did he ever do a bang up job.

Tremendous respect at all levels of the game for him. I suspect Hrudey will be a must watch tonight.

Did a decent job with the Panthers for the first few years of the franchise. Great move by not trading away the Denis Potvin draft pick which was one of the seeds that grew into the dynasty.

Potvin was such a cornerstone defenseman. Whenever I played Hockey I tried to do the Potvin hip check, but could never get it right.

That group of Arbour and Torrey was unbelievable.
