Watching the Ducks get beat 8-1 is pretty satisfying.
I hope an all out mutiny breaks out in game 4 where they all start attacking Carlyle on the bench, and those grouchy old lemon suckers start fighting themselves.

Remember when people were saying the Sharks were going to fall off a cliff when Thornton and Marleau got old? Just shows how criminally underrated Joe Pavelski and Logan Couture are.

Here in the USA, NBC is spreading the early round broadcasts throughout their array of channels. Many of them are buried rather deep and as a result, the Ducks may become the first team in history to be eliminated on a broadcast on the GOLF channel :-) Is that great, or what??!!!

In overall context, I'd hesitate a little but would do a Getzlaf trade. Three more years at north of $8 million for a 32-year old playmaker that would be redundant to Gaudreau on the first line. I think you'd be much better off with Tkachuk on the top unit and then Getzlaf on the second line in that case.
Also, we'd have to tape his mouth shut so he stop's his incessant whining.
Perry can eat a bag of dicks though. I wouldn't even want him if the Ducks offered to take Brouwer straight up and eat half of Perry's salary.
Ducks have some good defensemen and seem set in net but with the decline of Getzlaf, Perry, and Kesler I don't know how much longer they can hang on as a legit playoff team.
