Last week was good with a few 8+ game parlays and #2 out of 38 on a pick em league (only guessed the bears wrong).

This week absolutely destroyed me. Only picked some TD getters right, otherwise hugely wrong and erased last week's winnings.

Welp, 4-4 is better than 4-5 at least. Spreadsheet had another decent showing at 9-6-1. After next week though, I'll have a quarter season's worth of data to plug into it as well, which should hopefully make for more accurate adjustments.

Browns ML and the over parlayed. Big win so far.

Unless I jinxed them...

Actually came out ahead this week! I need to get the F off the Cowboys and Lions though.

Are you still doing this? Cleveland, Minnesota and Philly today.

So of the 13 games so far in Week 4, 11 out of 13 pushed or went over the total. Keep pounding the over as they are calling less offensive holding and more defensive holding/illegal contact.

So in his career Brady has never lost a Thursday night game on a short week. Only Thursday loss was season opener 3 years ago to KC. Even if you are not crazy about the spread, maybe worth putting a few dollars on the Bucs on a moneyline play.

I totally forgot all about this. I should at least try to track it though.

So last week I went 5-2 with:

PHI +7.5
BUF -3
DAL -3.5
DET +3
SEA -4.5
LAC +7.5
MIN +3.5

Slowly crawling my way to .500. I'm 16-18 on the year. Spreadsheet seems to be doing alright though, 8-4-3 last week, bringing it to 31-24-8 on the year.

Taking CHI +3.5 tonight, but not super enthusiastic about it.

Feel like the under is the play tonight.

EDIT: Decided to tease CHI +9.5/U50.5 at even money.

I like that bet. I teased under 52 with some soccer games. And I hate betting the under, it's against my DNA.

I think all the Thursday games have been over so far. But with teasing 6 points, that makes it a bit more palatable.

Thursday games can be unpredictable at the best of times...I mean what business did the Bronco's and Jets have putting up 65 points...that's 2 weeks worth of scoring for those teams any other week.

The one line that catches my eye is Carolina +2.5 at Atlanta...which means the Falcons probably get their first win.

It was originally ATL -2, which I didn't mind. The added .5 makes it a 50/50 in my books.

I like IND -1.5 and LAC +7.5 so far this week. I think the Chargers are 2-1-1 ATS this year so far but 2-0 as underdogs.

Well good bet. One of these rare cases where you could have played that teaser both ways and still won.

Do I get bonus points for getting all 3 right (CHI +3.5, U44.5, and teaser)?

I have two nice Sport Select tickets riding on the Cowboys to cover. I usually hate to bet on the Cowboys because they are so unpredictable but NYG has been awful enough this year that I think Dallas can win by 9.5. A nice big cash win will make the next few weeks fun if it works out.

Why do people bet on the Cowboys? Why ever?

I try to stay away from Dallas, NYJ and NYG. I figured today was a safe bet for Dallas as NYG has been awful but I was wrong.

Playing road dogs on moneyline had two good payouts yesterday, and was close to being 4. I think road dogs overall went 3-5 but payouts on the three wins should have been profitable enough.

If you like to speculate ties in sport select they are a good team to pick. Usually their games are 4 to 1 too. If you have a toonie you want to burn and try to make it into 70 bucks they are a go to. Other than that playing them on the over had been a good play. Although with Dak out that probably changes.
