Wow, only one OOT game that wasn't 3-2. Heck, the Flames game was that score too.

Forget about defense and was there any goaltending? Pavelski scored 12 seconds into the game! The shots were 43-39 for the Sharks and I betcha the back up goalies were glad they stayed on the bench. Hertl and OV each getting a hat trick and an assist, Oshie had 3 points. The Capitals are slumping and the Sharks remain 6 points back of the Flames for 1st place in the conference.

The Coyotes win again and are 6-1-1 in their past eight games, didn't realize they were playing that well. Hinostroza with 2g and 1a. Good goaltending by Kuemper in this game and in the recent stretch has the desert dogs just 2 points back of a playoff spot.

The Bhawks controlled the 2nd period out shooting the Isles 18-7. Both goalies faced lots of shots, 40-36 in favour of the Isles. Debrincat with 2 assists as the Bhawks are only 7 points back of a playoff spot. The tough thing is that they only have 17 ROWs. The Islanders are 2nd in the eastern conf., 3 points ahead of the Caps and Leafs.

The Oilers out shot the Red Wings 17-4 in the 3rd period, but, Howard held the fort and the Oilers lose again. Glendenning scored 2 goals for Detroit.
