Has anyone tried Scotian' Style in the NE? Heard it's good but haven't gone yet. This is more of the donair I'm used to.

Do you mean NE? Or "northwest" as in west of Deerfoot?

Sorry, technically it is in the NE but is Northwest of Deerfoot, growing up in Whitehorn I always have trouble calling that area the NE.

Never tried the donairs, but their Donair Pizza is the best in the City IMO. They usually have it available by slice if you want to give it a try (ranch dressing on the side).
Be forewarned, it's not for the faint of heart, and you'll probably need a shower after a couple of slices. So good...

$12 for a regular, $14 for a large? And $18 for an XL? That better be a really good donair... I'd give it a try but I'm skeptical of the cost.

Like TVP said, easily THE best Donair Pizza in the city and definitely isn't for the faint of heart. Be sure to add fresh tomatoes if you order a full pizza.

Donair pizza is awesome. I get it at Al's Pizza in Ranchlands.

Had Pita Basket in Airdrie yesterday. Delicious. Not sick (well, aside from my sinus cold, obviously not related).

I find this place to be so overrated. Their pizza is ok, but people talk about it like it's Lombardis or Grimaldis ffs.

I make my own donair. After several failures, and coming oh so close, last week I nailed it.

Seniore's Pizza, tried it out last night and.. wasn't all that impressed. The donair err lettuce sandwich wasn't anything to write home about. I'm 99% someone saw my post about Scotian' Style not having lettuce and said Hey Liam, we got your lettuce bro. It was shocking. Donair sauce was runny as well, thicker the better IMO.

I actually didn't know that Seniore's made a real Donair wrap. I've only ever had their donair pizza; and if I'm ever in the far north I usually make a special detour to get it.

I had one in the summer, it was pretty good. My brother in law goes there all the time and he's from NS. It's way to far from where I live to warrant going there unless I'm in the area though.

Seniores Donair isn't fancy. I find it filling as hell and pretty tasty. I do ask for half lettuce though and they seem to give me more meat.
