I'm big on soups, I always make turkey/chicken stock from the left overs and love making "leftover holiday ham split pea soup". I just did a big pork roast a d have leftovers with bones, can someone share a good pork soup I can make?

When I worked downtown, my favourite was Pho Hoai. Inside a little mall around 3rd ave and 1st st SE.
