I ave this crazy theory that Ahsoka ends up in the next two movies. Helping put together the new Jedi Order. Crazy! I don't know why as a grown man I am such a fanboy of the character but here we are, I guess I have to deal with it lol.
I really think you guys are projecting the death of Ahsoka. She walks off injured holding her right arm and limping. I don't know how she'll figure into the series moving forward but shes not dead. I for one will welcome a 2nd round fight between Vader and Ahsoka.

But didn't he die? I thought Maul stabbed him with his saber, or was that the girl?

Notice that the first Inquisitor they battled on Malachor never unmasked?
Hmmmm, who could that be.
I don't think it matters since he probably reached terminal velocity about a half second after his ligtsabre died.
FIloni talked about this inquisitor being the same species as the girl that stole Ahsoka's light saber in Cone Wars.
I think that the Inquisitors are pretty much done now, I would like to see some closure on Barriss who went dark in the last season of TCW, but I assume like her master she's dead since she was probably in Imperial Custody when Order 66 was issued.
I have a feeling that since the Holocron is an item of importance the Empire might use bounty hunters to track our rebel friends, maybe we'll learn why Vader is insistent on no disintegrations in a few years.

That whole scene was done so well. People were distracted by Anakin's eyebrow, but I didn't care, I chose to see that as Ahsoka seeing Anakin under the mask instead of the burned monster that was Vader.
But the music, the mix of Jones' and Launtner's voices. Her declaration that she wouldn't leave him again and that she's no jedi.
Great great job by the cast and crew.

Maul was badass. You know he's eventually going to have to disappear near the end of season 3 as well though. But how big of a wrench can he throw into eveyones cogs is going to be fun to watch.
Kind of love the fact he scoffed at the spinning bow sabers with his old school staff saber. Spinning blades of doom? Nah, here's how you spin these things, right into your chest!
A Maul/Vader duel needs to be on tap too. That one could be epic as two Palpatine trained Sith lords go toe to toe.
Knew it, she is alive, and walking out. but the question now, how does she leave the planet? wait wait wait.... there's still 3 or 2 Inquisitor ships (depending on if Maul hijacked one as well) in that area. One just on the other side of that thing they showed in that link. The one that Chopper used to subdue the new inquisitor.
