What are the top places to head out to watch the Super Bowl this Sunday?

I am looking for recommendations on the best places ideally with the following:
  • The U.S. commercials
  • Food and Drink Specials
  • Prizes
I appreciate any suggestions and recommendations!

I don't think this game will be on tv in many bars/pubs
