While this is true, there's dozens of articles out there after the draft happened where people were miffed as to why Seattle didnt take player X and figures there HAS to be either side deals or some sort of weird tampering.

There's a lot more but yea, some of the picks are so off the board its really it just seems like somethings off. Giving themselves 30M in cap space also seems really odd.
As it stands now their team is pretty weak up front, so something has to change.
