LeBron nearly has a 50+ point triple double and they still lose. I hope the Cavs get swept simply so during game four the Cleveland fans can give LeBron the round of applause he deserves before he leaves.

To be fair, the reporter did seem to be challenged in the brain. He answered you dude, you didn't get the answer you were trying to lead him to, take the L and stop asking the same question.

Lebron is the GOAT, shouldve had more than 8 assists too if his team was just half decent. The stats speak for themselves. He has 21 more 30 pt playoff games than Kobe.

Smith’s second explanation came later in the locker room, when he told a media horde that he was expecting someone on the Cavaliers to call timeout.

“I thought we were going to take a timeout because I got the rebound,” Smith said. “I looked over at LeBron and he looked like he was trying to get a timeout. I stopped, and the game was over.”

In this version of events, Smith insisted that he was reluctant to shoot out of deference to Durant’s length. He added that he would have held on to the ball and allowed himself to be fouled if he had thought his team was leading. His pass to Hill, Smith argued, was evidence that he knew the correct score all along.

“I knew it was tied,” he claimed. “I tried to get enough space because Kevin was standing right there. I tried to bring it out and get enough space to maybe get a shot off. He already had [three] blocks so I wasn’t trying to become the [fourth].”

Can't he just swallow his pride and admit he made a mental gaffe? Outside his mom, is anyone believing that take? The bigger thing for him going forward is he has to play much better for them to have a chance. Cause if you need LeBron to drop 50/8/8 to be competitive, it's not gonna be a long series.
