Wow, what a great thing for the CFL! Didn't think it would be that high. Awesome stuff, now they need to build on it next season.

Actually when you add on the French viewers is becomes over 3.5million which is the highest in years. There is something to be said about airing it exclusively on TSN. I’m positive if the game was on CTV there would be at least another 500,000 viewers.

Some more TV numbers. This is great as the only reason why the CFL is still around is because of TSN. I don't think they will be bailing anytime soon. You've got to think TSN might only have 4-5 million subscribers... lol

8.9 million Canadians watched at least some part of the game, according to TSN, with the audience peaking at 5.2 million during the final minute. An average of 4.1 million viewers watched Green Day rock the halftime show.

Nice!! I remember how horrible the Stamps celebrations were. Usually noon on a weekday with a few hundred fans moseying about Olympic plaza. So bush league. This was a true parade and celebration.

Saw a list recently of the top 10 Grey Cup games. I think this one challenges to break into that group. My favourite is still 1987, with the year of the Riders’ too-many-men finish contending; that was a classic.
