I would normally agree, but I actually changed from the TSN feed to SN tonight because the TSN is so colourless and dull. Looks much better on SN tonight anyway.

The thing is, though, Giordano was without his stick. The natural place for Brodie to go there was behind the net, but with a stickless-Giordano there he didn't really have anywhere to go.

Wanna piggyback off this post a little bit.
Between being the 3rd lowest scoring team at 5v5 this season and being by far the worst team in the NHL at successfully converting their shot attempts into shots, the Flames aren't scary offensively at all.
League-high 6 shutouts against (6 times in 27 games = once every 4.5 games) and have gone another 100 minutes without scoring a goal.
Complete turnaround from last season

I think this is a pretty clear indication that the group is mentally fragile. I sure hope they figure it out.

He is the #1 problem by far!!! When your only point man on the 1st unit pp has 1 powerplay goal in the past 30 games how is that not a problem?

I totally agree with you. Thank you for pointing that out.  It looked like he got a bit exasperated. But, the take-away from the guy who has had 34 goals and 26 assists this year was a thing of beauty. I thought TJ did a great job with McButtCrack last Saturday too. I am just extremely proud of the kid.

Here’s an update from your man on the ground.
I’m sitting near Sam Bennett’s family and they keep trying to get Bennett chants going.
I’m also sitting behind this really puzzling situation, it’s this younger woman and this older guy, they could be father, daughter or dating, not sure. The strange thing was that she kept on Snapchatting Lucic everytime he was in our end.
I apologize that this post is not more substantive, think of this as more TMZ than TSN

I'd like to see McAvi try to score Tkachuk's goal.
Give Tkachuk McDavid's acceleration and he can probably score a goal like McAvi's with relative ease.

Ok, so I went for a walk in the “platinum club” concourse and there is this restaurant FULL of people that you can only go to if you bought 350 dollar tickets! This must be the only arena where 75% of the fans are richer than the team on ice.
