Swapped them tonight didn't seem to make a lick of difference.

Going to try the hard reset tomorrow.

Does anyone else get crave tv through Telus without paying for it? I just seem to have access to it for some reason.

I think it’s free if you subscribe to HBO. There may be other packages that include it.

I do not subscribe to HBO. For awhile I was able to get the crave stuff only through the app on my phone and now I get it on my tv as well.

Hot tip if you have Netflix and Telus. If you have a tv that's modern and has super fancy 4k stuff like Dolby vision, use the tv app. The Optik app won't look as good. Example being chapples new stand up.

Can anyone PM me if they have a decent Telus deal? Looking to switch from Shaw but when I call Telus they just offer me whatever is on their website

I switched when they had the booths in Costco. Haven't noticed them set up in a couple years.

I'd suggest looking on Red Flag Deals if you can stomach the vitriol.

Apparently Telus is having a Flash sale. Internet 50 with unlimited data and Optik tv with 4 packages for $125 for 2 years

Another pricing head's up. Shaw is currently advertising Internet 300 and "total TV" for $89 per month for 12 months, and $129 for the 2nd year. I called Telus and they pretty much matched it. I upgraded to internet 300, kept my "You Pick 8 combo" for $110 per month for 24 months. Also was able to get my home phone down to $10; which was my over/under price on cancelling it.

Not that I've ever figured out.
