Mangiapane with the bad pass to Andersson started the cluster#### and then Rinaldo made it so much worse.

First line looks better tonight, not sure why they seem to be dumping it in more this year, but they look better today.

Hometown game may be what Gaudreau needs.

They are just not crisp and executing the little things. They are definitely in their own heads right now.

How many times in the d-zone to the Flames blindly throw the puck up the middle?

At this point rick ball could be replaced by a computer with a 5 second loop that says penalty kill and give away

Some nice Offensive zone time for 3 lines after that kickstarter shift my the Lucic line and then the PK. Some life has been found.
Cassie on point about Davidson, looks a bit lost for the most part.

I gotta say this is brutal hockey to watch. This looks nothing like the style they were playing prior to the all star break last year!!

Yup. An example of that was the Monahan chance in the slot earlier. A confident team would've saw either a better pass to Monahan for a quicker release from the slot or an even more confident group would've probably had Monahan slide a quick pass to Lindholm on his right for the one timer into the open net.
