Stella is Europe's Budweiser.
Innes and Gunn, my local public house has that nectar of the Gods on tap.

It's owned by InBev-A.B. just like Budweiser is. Still significantly better tasting.
I don't think I have ever seen Stella actually served any where in Europe.

European beer, on the whole, is absolutely terrible. That is, the stuff we get here.
By the way, when I say "terrible" - I'd still drink it if it was given to me; I just wouldn't buy it.
Easily the best beers available are west coast micro/craft brews (BC, Washington, Oregon, California).
That said, I'm not a beer snob. The beer I buy most often is Lucky. Beer is like food. I like good food, but I also love McDick's.

Serious?
I was thinking of Stella's nickname, "wife beater" is similar to Budweiser drinkers are known for.
And it is crap beer.

Well, a lot of it that comes in green bottles does get skunky. But I agree that there is nothing special about beer like Stella, Heineken, Becks, etc., but I find it more pleasant than the mass produced beer here. Czechvar (the REAL Budweiser) is certainly my favourite, but it's like gambling too. Sometimes, the green bottle + time + sun (or whatever is the actual cause) will make it skunk up.
It shocks me anybody ever buys American Budweiser in the first place.

I'd take an awful craft beer over Canadian or Kokanee any day.

Was surprised that Bud is the only beer served at Rogers Arena, Only one I noticed anyway...and believe me, I looked for options.

I also will admit to enjoying Bud as well.. The only beers I've ever had that I really HATED are Canadian, Lucky and Boxer.
Also, Rainier beer is very underrated.

Ranks right up there in the terrible beer family with Canadian and Pilsner.

You're on crack. Most of that flavored crap is so over rated. It's nice once in a while but as a go to beer, it's just not my thing.
I have yet to taste any craft brew that competes with a Stiegl or Lech.

Every once in a while I like an unusual beer like a coffee beer.
I'm a bigger fan of some of the premium import beers, they just seem to have a crisper taste.
For the most part I really don't like the big brand domestic brands, they're just really generic.
I had some Chinese beer a while back and was shocked at how good it was.

I worked in the early 90's as a summer student at the Molson's brewery, great times, even spent 1 summer working in the brewhouse and got to help brew some beers in the massive kettle.
Can still never forgive Fosters for having so much damn sugar, days when we did Fosters meant hauling a lot of 25kg bags of sugar to the brew kettle.
Probably explains why Fosters gives you such hangovers.

I think Keith's is terrible and to top it off they completely destroy what lots of people think an IPA is.

If you like coffee, try this, also try this if you like alcohol.

Occasionally co-op liquor stores, but my best luck with it has been Highlander liquor on 16th.
