On the flip side, San Jose is 2nd only to Calgary yet have lost 7 straight or something against some fairly mediocre teams there within. So while San Jose is above Vegas, they are currently looking vulnerable by comparison.

Oh definitely. Its funny though how many still consider Vegas to be the hot team (not saying you) and that gets hammered down our throats.

I still think they beat San Jose but I don't see them as some unstoppable force that they've been propped up to be.

Sounds like Calgary’s first two home playoff games will be Thursday, April 11th and Saturday, April 13th.

The Calgary Roughnecks are slated to play at the Saddledome on the 13th, but that game would be rescheduled. #Flames

Is that a regular season lacrosse game? Interesting that it was easier to move a lacrosse game than to just take the Wednesday Friday. I wonder why they made that decision. I guess we will see when the playoffs open.

I think it's hilarious that a poll started just 10 days ago does not even include the team that is now by far the most likely to be the opponent (not a shot at the OP, just a reflection on predictions in general).

Also, I am very happy with the way things have transpired because I think COL is the best choice for our 1st round opponent.

I am guessing that the SportsNet pushed for this switch in order to feature a Canadian game in the second half of the HNIC double-header. The multi-billion-dollar rights holder trumps everyone else.
