Was impressed with coyotes speed. Both those calls on seabrook and Keith were valid and due to speed by the yotes

Sam is pretty good. Did not like that he went to Anaheim.

Ducks are officially eliminated from playoff contention. It is a happy day for Flames fans, and therefore the world.

The Capitals strike first in their home-away series with the Hurricanes. Ovechkin scored his 49th goal and that was the GWG as the Caps won 4-1. He had 2 points and Kuznetsov had 3 assists. The loss for Carolina leaves them in the tight race with the Habs and BJs for 7th and 8th place in the eastern conf.

The BJs fired their cannon on the Islanders, Columbus won 4-0 as Bobrovsky gets the SHUTOUT making 26 saves. The guy is on fire right now as it was his 3rd shutout in 4 games. On the flip side, Greiss was the losing goalie after shutting out the BJ in the previous 2 meetings. The Isles have been shutout for 3rd time in the past 5 games!

The Habs killed the Panthers 6-1. It was 3-0 after the 1st period and 5-0 after 2 periods. Price is going to run the table in net for the Habs to make it to the playoffs. Thursday's game against the BJs is going to a thrill to watch.

@Bouw...I was talking about every corner battle, after Seabrook's deserved call.

Ducks are only 2 points back of Edmonton. That means the Oilers' elimination can't be far off either. Don't know the exact math on this, but I'm guessing one more loss and they're probably done.

Especially when the Habs are in a playoff race.

It's 2019, time for punch face to go away.

Their mathematical elimination will take a little longer as they still have 6 games left.

They can still reach 88 points, and the current playoff cut line is Colorado at 81 points.

If the Oilers finish 6-0 (lol) their current odds are actually 57%.

Magic number is 4 for the Oilers.

Anaheim has played 2 more games (plus 2 less points) than Edmonton which is why they are kaput.

Kuemper gets the SHUTOUT making 31 saves in the Coyotes 1-0 reg time win over the Bhawks. Cousins scored the only goal in the game in the 3rd period on the PP. Crawford made 28 saves. The Coyotes playoff quest keeps on going.

The Canucks don't have the drive anymore as they lost their 3rd straight game, 5-4 to the Ducks. The Canucks had a 2-1 lead heading into the 2nd period and then the Ducks scored 4 straight goals to take the lead for good. Vancouver closed the gap but it wasn't enough.

No Nestle Quick for the Kings goalies in that 8-4 loss to the Oilers. Bizarre that 2 Oilers get hat tricks in that game.
