I don't get it though. It's non-adhesive... so how does it stay in place? Does it somehow bond to itself? Or do you need regular sticky tape to hold it? I'd for sure keep something like that in my ski touring pack if it seemed likely to be useful for repairs, but I'm kind of at a loss.

I think because it is a bit stretchy, and sticky, maybe like saran wrap sticks to itself, it holds. I think in any situation where you can stretch it a bit as you wrap, it would work well. It's probably one of those things you can't think of a use for, but once you have it around you'd use it all the time.

Reminds me of silicone tape, like this, where the molecules get excited when you stretch it and it bonds to itself. But reusable, not sure how they did that trick.

Do you have someone always misplacing their keys? Their phone? Both? The Keysmart Pro might be right for you! (Or someone you love)

If it's both, you're SOL, but if you find one, then the next one can be easier to find! I saw a client with one and I just had to grab one for the wife!

- Tile!
- Rechargeable tile (60 days)
- Superior form factor!
- Ring the phone even on silent (Time saver!)
- Use one to find the other
- Free bottle opener!
- Flashlight to locate keyhole in dark!
- Less mess for keyness!

No, I am not a Keysmart Pro salesman. I am just psyched that I no longer have to drop everything to help my wife find a phone or keys.

At $50 this is an outstanding buy for any kids or adults who like Star Wars! The quality level is crazy high.

I'd lose the whole works.

Ring Doorbell...who has one? Thoughts?

I noticed operating temperature goes until -25 or something which it obviously gets colder than here. Do colder temperatures break the unit or does it just stop working?

That’s operating temperate. Just like the nest door bell it heats up under load / operation so -25 internal is more like -35 to -45 external. Back when I used to be able to see the temp I never saw it go below -14 even when it was -36 outside. I am speaking for the nest but I am sure the ring works the same.

Buy the Pro version and you'll be fine. If you get the standard ring, the battery will fail quickly when cold. Complain to customer service and they send you a pro for free and let you keep the old one. That's what happened with me, at least.

No issues with the Pro at all.
