Me and some clients viewed this property on the weekend. We have looked at numerous properties and have a pretty good idea within 5 seconds of walking into a home if it is priced accordingly.
This property has seen some nice work done to it including new electrical and plumbing. IMO it has not sold because it does not have a garage and it doesnt help that when you walk in there are plans for a double decker garage off the back lane that will run you close to 100k.
With all that being said, building a single garage off the front driveway would be a breeze. The C train station is being built just minutes from this property and will only add to its value. Located on a very quiet street just off 17th ave sw.

Asking price is $419,000
