Default Home Values in Calgary area

Is it true home prices in Calgary have dropped approx. 30% since the "peak" in June 2008? According to our realtor, that's the case.
However, I'm having trouble verifying this and can't find any material showing this to be the case.
Just wondering if that is really true.

Nope, it's around 10%. I'll try and dig up some stats.

Added by Edit:
Median price for SFH peaked in June 2007 at $439,900. January stats had them at $390,000; so we're down about 11%

Your Realtor seems to be wrong in both amount and when the peak was.
