The league will officially start tonight at midnight as we have 25 user teams and 29 tentatively filled....Columbus is the only team open now.

You all need to join in-game asap as once the season starts, your games in the first schedule segment may be played by others. Obviously, you can still join later if you chose to.

Calgary has said he is in for sure and is waiting for his game to arrive in the mail so pls don't play him for now. The other teams will be open if the users don't join or at least msg here that they are still interested.

Otherwise, I think we did pretty well filling the league in a couple days...Good luck to all!

****IMPORTANT UPDATE****

After this advance, all teams must be set to CPU all the time. As with the Calgarypuck PS3 league, GMs may play against their opponents CPU if they have tried to make contact (via Xbox, Facebook and Calgarypuck) with the opposing GM and it is after 7 PM MST the day before the advance. I will look into it if the person says no contact attempt was made but lets all just be honest here.

This should eliminate a few of those games that don't manage to get played due to schedule conflicts. Unfortunately, this also means if both ppl were busy during the segment, whoever gets on first can play the opponent's CPU after the set time. It shouldn't be that big a deal in any case as it will help remove the worst part of the sims, the injuries. Also, I will be watching for anybody who appears to be avoiding games just to play CPU's, if it becomes an issue.
