I think the Jets could look at Jeff Petry. They could pick him up for 4th or 5th round pick. Probably their best bet for a player of short term use and little compensation required. Not going to replace Trouba but unless they pull the trigger on a deal involving Kane they're not going to be able to.

Has anyone heard what exactly is wrong with Trouba? Maurice said it was unrelated to his neck injury last year, but he tends to mislead the media.

How many injured NHL player threads do we get? Next to none unless it's a superstar or very severe.

I think he meant Winnipeg and Calgary are competing for a playoff spot. And this is now all 3 of our best d injured and so maybe relevant to Calgary. Also it's an NHL forum not just Flames.
Everything pertaining to the Calgary Flames and NHL hockey in general

Then why no threads for all the Jets injuries? You guys seem to be doing fine without Enstrom and Bogosian, I doubt losing Trouba will make any sort of difference. He's not the reason the Jets are doing well
