God refs need to be better. Armia nearly high sticks Kessler, misses him clearly, then a second later Kessler snaps his head back. Too bad he didn't give himself career ending whiplash. What a scumbag.

edit: 1-0 Ducks on their ill gotten powerplay.
edit: Jets get it back Ehlers tie it up. Suck it Anaheim you cheating POS

Interesting stat.

The Jets have the most goals, 103, by players under 21, in a season since 2005-6 season.

Third most since 88-89.

A lot of skill and production from their young guys is a huge reason where they are in the Standings.

The Devils have a 3-1 lead after forty minutes. The Penguins scored in the first period and then the Devils poured it on. Great game so far, the shots are 30-29 for the Devils.

Jets are just destroying the Ducks. Should be 14-1.

Penguins Devils game has been awesome. Heading to OT, I recommend turning it on.

Lindell's early first period goal is the only goal so far, 1-0 Dallas early in the third period.

The Blues are up 3-1 in the third period.

The Devils win in overtime.

Bit of a softy form Hellebyuck. Anaheim/Nashville round 3 would be cool in the first round. Maybe anaheim could actually win this time.

...this is the game that's giving you confidence to see Anaheim go to round 3?

He's talking about a first round matchup, but the 3rd round of them meeting in the playoffs in 3 years.

That should have been phrased better. It would be the third year in a row theyve met in the playoffs if the current standings stay the same.

Watching Boston play magnifies just how far away the Flames are from being a legit contender. Fast and deep team.

No doubt. Young, fast, skilled team with a d that jumps up and gets active in the attack.

Treliving and company should take notes. Grzelyck is a promising player, great mobility.

Yeah, bull####. It was just two years ago when Calgary was that fast young team and Boston was crapping the bed. Then along came Gulutzan and turned the fast young Flames into a plodding plow horse. It is amazing what a good system can do for a team, and what happens when your skill players are allowed to use the skills they have. If Treliving fires Gulutzan and brings in a real coach who knows how to use the players at his disposal, the Flames will make a quick turnaround and return to being the up and coming team they were expected to be - pre-Gulutzan.
