It'd be nice if there was a super basic lift I could even like hand crank or jack or something to get it up. The more basic the better since I'll only operate it twice per year.
Take the battery inside, don't bother starting it every few weeks. Better to just park it and forget it.
As for fuel, fill it with Shell premium and forget it. It is excellent fuel with no ethanol and doesn't go skunky over one winter. I use it in all my small engines and seasonal cars and never had an issue.
If you use anything else make sure you get the right stabilizer, the cheap pink stuff is not for use with ethanol blended fuels.

Unfortunately that is no longer the case. Shell 91 now contains up to 10% ethanol (look at the pumps next time you fill up as they have a new sticker) but the plus is that they are doing away with silver and offering 93 instead as it's already started in Vancouver and should make its way here.
I'm surprised the 93 would show up in Vancouver first. The refinery is in Fort Sask, so it seems weird to pipe it to Burnaby vs. roll it out here. I guess we'll see, I don't mind E10 if its juiced up to 93.
2 of my neighbours have these. They are awesome and I am so jealous. They are even portable, you can wheel it from one side to the other. The one guy puts a 3/4 ton diesel up and his sports car under. I've heard they've doubled in price from a couple of years ago.
A flapping outdoor car cover when it’s windy will leave swirls and fine scratches in the clear coat. I’m particularly fussy about my paint.
