I wish our coach wouldn't be so god damn stubborn with his lines. He literally ran the exact same lines for 2 straight years. Teams wouldn't even need to scout the flames, they can just pull up games from last year.

...be willing to juggle lines and pairings more often. It's not that he doesn't do this, but there are certain things that are just never really tried at all. Split up Backlund and Frolik?
Try Brodie-Stone? Etc..

have been able to recognize when changes are needed and make them.
have not ruined TJ Brodie as a Calgary Flame.
have not rushed Jaromar Jagr into the lineup, causing his Flames legacy to be a “player in the wrong jersey” footnote.
have prevented Matt Stajan from reaching 1000 games at the expense of a season where we have no draft picks.
have beaten the POS Oilers more than once in a blue moon.
have seen what almost everyone on this forum has been seeing for two years.
have had an ounce of an ability to motivate the team.
have given the team an identity.
