On the Hamonic situation, Jim Benning cryptically said at his presser yesterday, "It's bigger than what you guys all think it is".

It's just weird that if it wasn't a vaccination thing, he'd just say "no, I'm vaccinated, it's something else."

Blackwood is starting the process.

In September, Blackwood said health concerns and other reasons were why he was hesitant to get the vaccination shots. "I have a couple of boxes I want to check off and not just rush to do it," he said at the time.

As far as Hamonic news goes, it sounds like he is on his way to Vancouver with the idea that he will play somewhere down the line for the Canucks.

Bertuzzi is the only active player in the NHL unvaccinated. Josh Archibald and Zach Rinaldo are the other 2 not vaccinated but are currently not on the active roster.
