Default Windows Media Center Question/Help

I have a question relating to setting up watching TV on my laptop using a TV tuner (which plugs into my laptop) and Windows Media Center. I have a satellite receiver which allows you to run a TV signal 'out' (through coax cable) to another TV. However, in order to pick up that signal, you have to have the secondary TV set to a channel between 29 through 73 (or something like that) - not the usual channels of 3 or 4 (used by VCRs, DVDs and the like).

Here's where my issue comes in. With the TV tuner I have for the laptop, it has an attachment which allows me to attach a coax cable to my laptop to watch TV on my laptop. The problem is, when I go through Windows Media Center to setup the signal, it only 'looks for' the TV signal on either channels 2, 3 or 4. I need to change this to 'look for' the signal on a channel between 29 and 73. Any suggestions on how I can get this to work and/or manually set the input channel?
