Yeah this Oilers team is really really discombobulated at the moment.
They remind me of the Flames early last year where there was just no chemistry at all. It was understandable in the Flames case, simply no reason for it in the Oilers case.

I keep thinking they're lacking leadership. They need a couple of vets with strong leadership qualities to calm everyone and set an example. They look like a ship without a rudder.
