Cool story bro time:
A group of friends decided to start a meat plate night. It's simple, we go out, have a couple drinks and eat copious amounts of meat until we hate ourselves. Makes for a fun boys night.
If you've ever had Peking duck with a large group, it's a game of patience. You get your delicious duck, top it with your cucumber, green onion and sauce, then wrap it up nicely and chow down. When you're ready for your next one however, some struggler on the other side of the table is holding everyone up. How frustrating when the hanger really kicks in.
So we thought, hey we're adults right? Let's just order our own.
The Duck Hunt: 6 bros, 6 ducks.
We will re-do this tonight. Only 4 of us, so 4 ducks. Seems symbolic, 4 wins to go.
If this works, I'll eat a Peking duck every game night until we win this series. My heart and my arteries hope the Flames win the next 4.

Just once I'd like to see Anaheim lay an egg on home ice, but they just don't seem like they're capable of that. The Ducks are a well oiled machine and they rarely make mistakes. Flames are just gonna have to play their A game and play it for 60 minutes if they want to earn a split and end the curse.
Stay focused, play smart, be disciplined, and fer f--- sakes, be aware of what's happening during a line change. If they can do all those things and stick to the game plan without unraveling at the first sign of adversity, they can win.

For all intents and purposes this game is a must win. If we come home down 2, having not broken the curse, and lacking confidence there is little chance of winning 4 of the next 5 games. All the pressure will be on us. We win, this is a dog fight and the pressure is on Anaheim
So, while it ain't over til my aunty Sandra bellows the first couple of notes, we lose tonight and it our chances will be less than 10%.
