That Bruins game from the 2014-15 season was a fun one. Lots of weird bounces, for sure -- I think Brodie and Jones both scored very strange goals in that one.

You hate it because it has Ryan instead of Bennett ? Pretty extreme for 1 player.

Confirmed Dube out tonight
Pat Steinberg @Fan960Steinberg
Dube won’t play tonight. Coach Peters says he responded well to a maintenance day yesterday and they expect him to practice tomorrow. #Flames

I’ll be pleasantly surprised if the flames win only because I have zero confidence in Mike Smith. I think he’s on a steep decline and you might get a great game out of him %20 of the time. But I hope he proves me wrong

I think the key to victory will actually be depth scoring. That Bruins top line is so good, that no matter how well Smith or the defence plays they'll probably get 2-3 goals.
Rask, on the other hand, has been very mediocre. The Flames will simply need to score 4+ goals tonight to win. They'll basically have to outscore the 2-4 goals that Boston's top line gets.
Really hoping Bennett keeps up his solid play and that 3rd line gets at least one goal.

I am flying out tonight to DC, and have a long layover in Seattle. My flight lands @ around 8:00, so will miss all of the first period and probably most of the second. The good news is that I should be able to see the dramatic conclusion before my connection departs.

Oh Cuthbert and Maguire, I think I may have to skip the Sportsnet feed and find a good online HD feed somewhere so that I can get the NBC game. 😉

I believe when Krug ($5m) returns he eats up that cap space.
