Harry, I'm gonna let you in on a little secret. Every day, once a day, give yourself a present. Don't plan it, don't wait for it, just... let it happen. Could be a new shirt at the men's store, a catnap in your office chair, or... two cups of good, hot, black coffee.

Jon Jones’ return to the octagon is official. The former UFC light heavyweight champion will attempt to regain the belt he never lost in the cage when he faces current titleholder Daniel Cormier in a rematch at UFC 197 on April 23. 205-pound grudge match between Cormier (17-1 MMA, 6-1 UFC) and Jones (21-1 MMA, 15-1 UFC) at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Garden Arena will be a flyweight title contest. Reigning 125-pound champion Demetrious Johnson (23-2-1 MMA, 11-1-1 UFC) will look for his eighth consecutive title defense against undefeated challenger Henry Cejudo (10-0 MMA, 4-0 UFC).
Thursday night. Former UFC heavyweight champion Kevin Randleman passed away at age 44, exiting this world far too soon after suffering from heart failure.
Randleman leaves behind a family that includes his wife, Elizabeth, and three children, as well as a legacy that is highlighted by several of the most fabled moments in the annals of this young sport. On Thursday, the community took time to remember those moments, as well as the man that many called friend.
Bas Rutten and Mauro Renallo will be on Joe Rogan's podcast next week, should have some Randlemen talk out of it. RIP, way too young. Heart failure isn't a surprise at all, guy was roided to the tits.
Bisping vs Silva... if Andersson is even a quarter of his old self he's going to smash through Michael. Might have to finally get Fight Pass to watch this.

I am not a big MMA guy, but I like Bas.

"I was sitting in the corner and I was like what am I anymore if I'm not this? I was literally sitting there and like thinking about killing myself in that exact second," Rousey revealed. "I'm like 'I'm nothing,' I'm like what do I do anymore? And no one gives a s--t about me anymore without this."
I'm somewhat surprised at the reaction on the internet to this, though I shouldn't be. People saying they've lost respect for her, she's weak, she has so much money anyway, etc... when you put your entire existence into something and then have it come crashing down, it is devastating.
Because I love Royce and I dislike Ken with a passion, it was rather easy to cheer
It's tough being a fan of fighters as you cheer for them through the highs and lows of their career (and even those that are way more then decades past their prime) it's all about being a fan of those fighters. The only fighter I refuse to watch is Sakuraba because it's just taken way too much damage and I don't want to contribute anymore to it. But Royce I still love him and was really fearful for him when this fight was announced but now very happy that Ken will now have to live with this result

To each their own, but like i said being a fan of fighters and sticking with them and not just cheering for them at the elite of their career. This is their life and as much as an outsider may look down on it, it still is a very real fight for them
This is no more a joke then when Dana gave Royce a huge sum of money to lay down his name for their champion. No more then a joke when Royce fought Sakuraba2 and Brock and Walker also fought on the card.
Fights are real, yes it's not the elite of the elite (no where close) but it is still a fight and anyone that remember/cared for the feud understands that no matter how old you get, more matter how long ago somethings just don't die.
I like being a fan and although Royce will never be what he was (even close) I still can't help but be happy to see him do anything. He was is and always be my favourite fighter. Regardless is other fans think it's a joke or not
