This is tough. One team's general manager has 4 Cup rings while the other team's general manger has 1. The one with 4 Cup rings won it as a player and that was from a long time ago. The one with 1 Cup ring won it as an assistant manager and won it within this past two decades. I think Edmonton takes this won because their President has 6 Cup rings.
