ISO small warehouse/studio space (noise)
Hello,
Yet again looking for a small (~100 sq.Ft) studio or warehousing space with minimal noise concerns after hours. Space must be heated, secure, and ‘accessible’ 24/7.
Inner-City/SE preferred. Have an eye on some in the foothills park, but looking to see what’s out there closer to my house.
If you have a space and are looking for some extra cash, I always open to discussion on shared spaces/scheduled use times.
Space strictly for personal drum practise. No commercial use or groups.
Note: despite the recurring jokes on this forum, my username is an unfortunate coincidence and I have zero connection with any outlaw groups.
